Additional costs

This offer is a purchase on the secondary market. The additional purchase costs are usually

  • 4.0% of the purchase price for notary and land registry fees
  • 2.1% of the purchase price commission (including VAT)
  • If you do not yet have a bank account in Dubai, a maximum of 1.5% of the purchase price for financial processing via an authorised trustee.

Payment Plan & financing

For completed properties, the purchase price is due within a few days of purchase. You can finance up to 60% through a bank in Dubai.

For properties that are still under construction, part of the purchase price is due immediately. The remaining amount can be paid conveniently via the payment plan that you enter into upon purchase. Financing through a bank in Dubai (max. 60% of the purchase price) is possible from the handover date.

We will be happy to explain the payment and financing options to you upon request. DBI Real Estate is also available to you after the purchase and, if desired, will assist you with handover, furnishing, renting out (long/short term), resale, as well as opening a bank account in Dubai and obtaining a visa.

Bei Off-Plan Projekten werden erfahrungsgemäß ca 30% des Kaufpreises innerhalb der ersten sechs Wochen angezahlt. Bei einem Kaufpreis von 200.000 € entspricht dies ca 67.000 €, bei einem Kaufpreis von 500.000 € ca 167.000 €. Der restliche Betrag wird über die Bauzeit verteilt und mit einer Abschlusszahlung versehen, welche bei der Fertigstellung des Gebäudes oder der Übergabe Ihrer Einheit fällig wird (siehe Abschnitt “Payment Plan”).

In Dubai ist lediglich diese Abschlusszahlung finanzierbar, alle vorherigen Zahlungen müssen aus Eigenkapital oder z.B. über die Nachbeleihung einer europäischen Immobilie erfolgen.
