Payment Plan & financing

A payment plan is available for this project. Financing through banks in Dubai (max. 60% of the purchase price) is possible from the handover date. We will be happy to explain the payment and financing options to you upon request.

Der restliche Betrag wird über die Bauzeit verteilt und mit einer Abschlusszahlung versehen, welche bei der Fertigstellung des Gebäudes oder der Übergabe Ihrer Einheit fällig wird (siehe Abschnitt “Payment Plan”).

In Dubai ist lediglich diese Abschlusszahlung finanzierbar, alle vorherigen Zahlungen müssen aus Eigenkapital oder z.B. über die Nachbeleihung einer europäischen Immobilie erfolgen.
