Wie viel Eigenkapital benötige ich?
Bei Off-Plan Projekten werden erfahrungsgemäß ca 30% des Kaufpreises innerhalb der ersten sechs Wochen angezahlt. Der restliche Betrag wird über die Bauzeit verteilt und mit einer Abschlusszahlung versehen, welche bei der Fertigstellung des Gebäudes oder der Übergabe Ihrer Einheit fällig wird (siehe Abschnitt “Payment Plan”).
In Dubai ist lediglich diese Abschlusszahlung finanzierbar, alle vorherigen Zahlungen müssen aus Eigenkapital oder z.B. über die Nachbeleihung einer europäischen Immobilie erfolgen.
